Delivery Information

All orders within Greece are shipped via Courier the next business day after your order is placed.

By sending an order, we send you the corresponding Shipping Number (Tracking Number) by email to the email address you have indicated.

DELIVERY TIME OF PACKAGES

The delivery time of the order within Greece is usually 1-3 working days but depends on the availability of the products.

In cases of remote (inaccessible) areas, the delivery time may be longer.

ORDER EXECUTION ERROR

In cases where the wrong code is sent from photobookstore.gr we must accept the return of the product or its replacement. In this case, we will contact you by phone to process your request.
In the case of replacement of the product with a new one to the customer, the transport costs will be borne exclusively by the Entente.
In the event of a refund, this will be done once we receive the product and we find that they meet the refund conditions mentioned above, we will then proceed to deposit in a bank account indicated by the customer the full amount of the purchase, together with the related shipping costs if they had been incurred.
